Vedrana Riley is the Founder and CEO of Ciel Capital, a London-based hospitality investment, asset management and development platform. Since founding the firm in 2015, she has built it into a trusted partner to investors, lenders, developers and hotel owners across the UK and Western Europe, advising on and managing hospitality assets worth over £1 billion.

With more than 18 years in hospitality real estate, she has led transactions and developments worth over £750 million across the full investment lifecycle. She is also co-founder of Stow-Away, an award-winning aparthotel concept. A First Class Honours graduate of the Sorbonne with a Master’s from London, Vedrana speaks five languages and regularly speaks at and moderates leading industry conferences.
