About the Festival of Hospitality

The Festival of Hospitality was created to shake up how the industry comes together.

Curated by Always Thinking, the Festival is a year-long programme of events that brings investors, developers, owners, operators, designers and consultants into the same room, not to sit back and listen, but to take part, to challenge ideas and help shape what hospitality becomes next.

We don’t believe the future of hospitality is built through passive panel discussions or predictable formats. Instead, the Festival embraces behind-the-scenes hotel tours, roundtables that feel like conversations, informal networking, talks that encourage debate and fun moments that stay with you after the event ends.

At the heart of the Festival is Pay it Forward, our commitment to widening access to the industry. Through this initiative, we actively create opportunities for young people, career returners and underrepresented groups in the knowledge that a stronger hospitality sector is one that welcomes new voices and perspectives.

This isn’t about ticking CPD boxes or quietly consuming content. It’s about getting involved in the conversation and being part of an industry that’s evolving all the time.

“The biggest value for me is hearing such a mix of voices and having developers, designers and operators all in one place. The discussions feel more dynamic and give a much richer view of the industry.”
