Pay it Forward

Through Pay it Forward, we’re inspiring the next generation to explore careers across the hospitality industry, from design and development to operations and F&B. With the help of our partners, we’re creating opportunities through school outreach, workshops and events that show the real and varied pathways into the sector.

We're looking for like-minded organisations to join us as Pay it Forward partners. Your support will help us engage young people and underrepresented groups, including career returners, the unemployed and those from non-traditional backgrounds, and connect them with experiences, people and pathways they may not have known existed.

As a partner, you’ll also contribute to MYstorySLAM, an honest, inspiring career stories showcase designed to encourage others to step into the world of hospitality.
