Festival of Hospitality

Curated by Always Thinking, the Festival of Hospitality is a year-long programme of events bringing together designers, developers, investors, operators and consultants to explore and shape the future of hospitality. Through its Pay it Forward initiative, the Festival is committed to widening access to the industry by creating opportunities for young people, career returners and underrepresented groups.

In 2025, we extended the format of the Festival to run over 12 months. We have behind-the-scenes hotel tours, social events, roundtables, networking and talks, and we’ll be tackling some of the big topics facing the industry today. While having a fun time doing it!

Panel discussion at a formal event with four speakers on stage and an audience seated in a large, elegant room.
Two women standing inside a room with curtains, each holding a smartphone to take a picture of a hotel room.
People smiling and holding drinks at a social gathering or party.
A woman speaking into a microphone on a small stage in front of an audience.

“The Festival of Hospitality always manages to bring together a great mix of people from every corner of our industry and that creates a real buzz – something that is missing in other environments.”
