Tom is a Chartered Town Planner providing specialist advice to both private and public sector clients on a range of complex town planning projects, predominantly within Central London. Recent successes include The Fleming Centre, St George’s Leisure Centre and Custom House, each involving extensive stakeholder engagement and close collaboration with local councils.

Tom has strong expertise in heritage policy and regularly advises on schemes where there is a complex interplay between development, planning and heritage assets. He regularly works on schemes involving Grade I assets, including advising many private country estates on their aspirations to deliver economically and environmentally sustainable estates for the long-term.

He is a past member of the London Royal Town Planning Institute Activities Committee.
