Katie is a brand and experience consultant. Expert in hospitality. For more than a decade, she has collaborated with owners, operators and developers to create category-defining concepts, memorable guest experiences and empowering team cultures. Katie fell in love with hospitality during her time at Ennismore, where she helped shape The Hoxton's growth from a single hotel in Shoreditch into one of the world's most influential hotel brands.

Since then, she has worked with hotels and resorts, hospitality technology platforms, destinations and tourism boards around the world, creating and evolving brands including The Hoxton, SALT, GuestHouse, Watergate Bay, Regent, LUX* and Airbnb.

Katie is part of the team working with the owners of Custom House to define the vision, concept and future guest experience for one of London's most significant historic buildings.
