Katharine Le Quesne
Hospitality Advisor
Katharine Le Quesne is a hospitality advisor with extensive international experience supporting owners, operators, governments and investors. She brings a strong track record delivering strategic reviews, due diligence, development strategy and financial feasibility studies, with particular experience across luxury and lifestyle hospitality assets, new concepts and asset repositioning. She has also undertaken mediation and litigation-related work, including acting as an Expert Witness. Over the past decade, her work has focused on how to embed sustainability into assets and operations to create value and impact. Her career has included leadership and management roles with Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) and HoCoSo across EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Katharine is also a visiting lecturer at international hospitality institutions, teaching topics related to real estate finance, hotel development and ESG. She created the first Resort Development module at Glion Institute of Higher Education and is an Assessor with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. Katharine holds a degree in Oriental Studies (Chinese) from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a Trustee of The Savoy Educational Trust.
