Koula is Head of Hospitality at Grafton, specialising in hospitality strategy, operations and guest experience. Her career has been shaped by an ultra-luxury background, having spent the majority of it at The Ritz London, where she developed a deep grounding in high standards, service and the operational detail that sits behind truly memorable experiences.

She now works closely with development and project management teams across a range of projects, from new openings and construction developments to refining ongoing operations and elevating hospitality brands.

Recognised as one of The Caterer's Acorn Awards 30 Under 30, Koula brings a practical, collaborative and people-first approach to everything she does.
