Lift Coffee
Ranking as one of the best cities in the world for great coffee, London is not short of roasters or coffee shops, but to truly savour your coffee in an oasis of calm head over to Lift Coffee on Kensington Church Street. Unassuming from the outside, but set in a four storey building it houses an espresso and filter bar, offices and an apartment on top. The space is a haven of light tones and an earthy palette of calmness. Architects Szczepaniak Astridge took inspiration from the coffee making process resulting in a material palette of warm wood and concrete offset with a minimalist shimmering staircase.
