Sessions

Aiming to turn the industry on its head, Sessions, which opened in Islington in August, is a restaurant-food hall-delivery kitchen hybrid that is based on the principle of 'better together' and is all about finding young and emerging food talent and giving them a platform and a leg up in the industry. A bricks and mortar 'incubator kitchen' it has a rotating set of 4 food brands giving chefs a launch pad for their food - giving them customers, kitchen space, mentoring, menu development, brand, marketing and operational expertise in order to help them scale as independents and build a better tasting, more equitable food industry.
