Bone Idyll
Not officially London but still worth mentioning (or a visit) is Bone Idyll, an immersive distillery and wine bar that is a 100% community-funded project. When looking for investors during the pandemic the founders wanted to create 'a local Bone Idyll family' so rather than crowdfunding via traditional routes, they reached out to their community. All of the resulting 50 investors live within a 2.5-mile radius and are actively engaged in the distillery. If you do fancy a visit, the bar is open for food and drink from Thursday to Saturday, and guests are also able to attend gin school classes, as well as private events.
