With consciousness at the core, 58 Gin takes a truly 360 perspective with every aspect of the business being considered through the lens of the environment. Only working with ethical suppliers and to combat waste they use ‘wonky’ Cox apples for their Apple & Hibiscus Gin and return any waste back to the farmer to be composted. They also have a green wall at their Haggerston distillery where they are able to grow botanicals such as the bitters for a Negroni and run entirely on renewable energy (in part from their solar panels on the roof) They are in the process of being B-Corp certified, so not only does the gin taste great it makes you feel good for the planet drinking it!
