Michelberger Restaurant
Most visitors to Berlin in the know will want to check out the Michelbergerhotel, but what they may not be so aware of is the Michelberger Farm in Spreewald, southeast of Berlin. The hotels restaurant & cafe used organic and local food from early on, so the farm is a natural next step for their conscious hospitality ecosystem. With over 15,000 plants, trees & shrubs it is a 'little forest full of food'. As Nadine and Tom Michelberger say “We are planting our paradise.
