Frizz23
Built as a community project with 42 members, Deadline Architects have developed a co working and living space that is built on true togetherness. A new prototype that "addresses the urgent problems our cities are facing today" Frizz23 is a flexibly designed building in Mitte developed for the creative industries. It offers residents a mix of residential and commercial spaces with public areas including a cafe, a bike shop, galleries and co working areas. It also includes small apartments for its inhabitants each having been individually designed and planned according to the needs of the users, vs just creating 'residencies'.
