Aera's new bread shop in Mitte, the second branch of the gluten-free baking experts designed by architect Gonzalez Haase. Situated on the busy intersection of Rosenthalerstrasse and Torstrasse Aera is an oasis of emotional escapism with its cool blue interior & minimal contemporary interior design. The colour blue, a hue taken from 17th-century paintings, most notably renowned Dutch master Vermeer, is known to evoke feelings of calmness and spirituality.
