His work sits where institutional private equity meets hands-on technical execution and hotel operations, aligning design, procurement and construction economics so that every pound invested translates into stronger operating performance and lasting asset value.

Over a career spanning Cedar, Principal Real Estate and Hilton, he has directed more than $400M in hotel capex, including The Shelborne by Proper in Miami Beach and The Belfry in the UK.

He brings the perspective of someone whose job is making the case that well-spent capital creates value for guests, teams, communities and investors alike.
