Michelle has enjoyed 25 years in the industry and has huge experience with opening restaurants globally as an Operations Director.

Career highlights include opening Nobu in Mykonos; developing the F&B strategy for the iconic Phoenicia Intercontinental, Beirut; and creating and opening the first gastro pub in Dubai, the award-winning Reform Social & Grill.
