This summer, we’re going behind the scenes at one of London’s hottest hotel openings, set to launch in 2025: The Newman in Fitzrovia.

As the first hotel from Kinsfolk & Co, it blends a contemporary Art Deco aesthetic with subtle nods to Fitzrovia’s colourful past. Inspiration comes from local icons like Nancy Cunard – the area’s bohemian queen – whose bold bangles and signature polka dots thread their way through the design.

Join us for a guided tour of the brasserie, bar, wellness spa and guest rooms, followed by an informal conversation with the project team about what it’s taken to bring this unique space to life.
