Previously, Paul was General Manager and Director at Shangri-La at The Shard, London, and launched The Beaumont in Mayfair as Managing Director. He also held GM roles with Taj Hotels and InterContinental Hotels, and senior positions at The Landmark London, Thistle Hotels, Millennium London and The Savoy Group. Paul’s advisory work includes Hotel Diplomat, Stockholm, alongside various trustee and non-executive roles across the industry.
