Jigi Poke
Poke restaurants are well established in Berlin with their bright and Hawaiian aesthetic, but Jigi Poke bucks the usual trend with an interior that is an oasis of calm & contemplation. Designed to re-evaluate the ideas of hospitality in times of a pandemic, as a result the space is a haven of light tones & an earthy palette of calmness with carved granite & wooden stools surrounding two rhombus-shaped concrete tables taking centre stage in the space. The menu is a selection of usual poke bowl ingredients – salmon, tofu, rice, but is given a twist with unique ingredients such as ‘hot banana’ sauce or a spicy ‘Mexico crunch’ topping.
