Oukan Dining

As is often the case in Berlin, an unassuming facade leads visitors from the chaos of the Berlin streets to a new reality & in this case it's stepping out from the Mitte buzz into Oukan, a contemporary space that celebrates tranquillity & mindfulness.

Guests are invited to step into a plant-based, fine dining and taste experience haven, inspired by a Buddhist temple. Focussing on health and sustainability with a twist, high quality seasonal and regional ingredients are served as a three or seven-course meal from chef Martin Müller, developed in consultation with real-life Zen monks and the kitchen principles of shōjin ryōri. Encouraged to pair all courses with tea, for those who want to truly indulge, there are is also a great wine and cocktails offer.
