Steffen Erath is the Head of Innovation at Hansgrohe SE, leading THE product and innovation departments since 2016. He established the Hansgrohe InnoLab, fostering planet-centered innovation, which was recognised as the Best InnoLab in Germany by Capital in 2022 and 2023. With his planet-centered innovations, he and his team drive the company's green transformation and support European Green-Tech startups.

Steffen is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and a jury member for the German Gründerpeis. He’s the author of "Planet Centered Innovation" and member of the advisory board of MACHN.
