James is Head of Project Development at Orca Holding, with over 20 years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects across multiple sectors. His background spans project management, design delivery, and construction, working with contractors, consultancies, investors, and hotel operators at every stage of the development process. Prior to joining Orca Holding, James served as Head of Projects, Design & Construction for Europe at InterGlobe Enterprises, where he oversaw the delivery of hotel development projects across the region.
