With two decades of delivery experience for over 100 hotels (and counting), Adam has founded several consultancies and now, Founder & CEO of Pillar Development and Project Management Ltd, works alongside global capital partners, developers and owner/operators to source, underwrite, problem-solve and deliver the latest and greatest hotels across the UK and Europe.

Pillar currently oversee circa 3,000 hotel keys under delivery across the UK & Europe and open approximately 1 hotel per quarter. Notable recent openings include: One Hotel Mayfair, Hyde London City, Montcalm Marble Arch and the imminent opening of Sir Devonshire (part of the Sircle collection).
