Nathaniel Crutchfield, known as "Natty," is the heart behind Natty’s Jerk, a family-run Caribbean food experience business. Starting out in 2019 at food markets and local events, the business quickly grew, leading to the opening of its first permanent home, "The Shack" in Portsmouth, a beloved hotspot for locals.

Today, Natty’s Jerk has expanded with a restaurant in Bournemouth, Grab and Go kiosk in Utilita Bowl, Southampton, and a food hall location in Chichester. Natty, alongside his wife and business partner, Sam, creates a dining experience that combines the rich flavours, music, and culture of the Caribbean. Their family is deeply involved, with Tyrese (25) and Sienna (24) working in the business while Sylvester (9) and Silas (4) inspire their vision.

In 2024, Natty’s Jerk was crowned Uber Eats’ Restaurant of the Year, celebrating their passion, creativity, and dedication to sharing Caribbean culture with every customer.
