Jeremy leads development and finance for Sydell Group, focusing on deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiations, capital raising and M&A. He notably led the landmark NoMad M&A transaction between Sydell and Hilton in 2024, a pivotal step in Sydell’s growth and Hilton’s entry into the luxury-lifestyle sector.

Jeremy is a fourth-generation hotelier who gained early operational experience at Cooper Hotels, a family business with over 3,000 rooms. He has also worked with Peachtree Group, Intrinsic Hotel Capital, Atlas Real Estate Partners, LW Hospitality Advisors and Hilton Worldwide.
