We invite people from across the industry to join us to explore the role that creativity, curiosity and connection have on our emotions, and how we invoke wonder at the heart of both hospitality design and experience.

Monica Parker

Monica Parker is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller The Power of Wonder and a world-renowned authority on the future of work. Parker has spent decades helping people discover how to lead and live wonderfully. The founder of global human analytics and change consultancy HATCH, whose clients include blue-chip companies such as LinkedIn, Google, Prudential, and LEGO, Parker challenges corporate systems to advocate for more meaningful work lives.

Katie Brinsmead-Stockham

Katie is the founder of Hotel Hussy, a brand strategy and experience consultancy for hospitality brands around the world.

Her decade as a brand and marketing strategist across WPP on global brands like P&G and Virgin Atlantic developed her ability to craft and deliver award-winning marketing strategies at scale. And as Brand and Marketing Director at Ennismore, she fell in love with hospitality. Understanding all angles and having her finger firmly on the cultural pulse, she gives her clients the edge on shaping the future of hospitality.

James Cheung

James Cheung has 20+ years of experience as a practicing architect working in both large and small practices throughout his career. As Partner and COO of Mamou-Mani and Fab Pub, James has worked on a large stadium masterplan in Saudi Arabia and was the winning competition project architect for a major Tennis Stadium in Doha, as well as working on major city masterplans and skyscrapers in China and Tokyo. Prior to working at Mamou-Mani, he worked at Arney Fender Katsalidis, Arup Associates, FLACQ, BDP, Chris Dyson Architects and Farrell and Partners. James is also an RIBA Student Mentor and Part 3 Examiner at Oxford Brookes.
