Devils Advocate | The Age of AI in Hospitality

  • Fair Shot Cafe 3 Slingsby Place London, WC2E 9AB (map)

Artificial Intelligence (AI) represents a paradigm shift for many of us. Whether as developers, users or designers, we are all curious about how the hospitality industry will be shaped by its technology and the current and future use patterns it will generate.

It has the potential to revolutionise the hospitality industry by speeding up the build process, enhancing the guest experience and improving operational efficiency.

But before we can make data driven decisions, we need to collect, share and learn how to harness this data for good to provide value to consultants, clients and customers.

Join co-hosts Festival of Hospitality and HOK for our ‘Devils Advocate’ café conversation to explore the possibilities and challenges, and envision together whether this future is a utopian or dystopian vision.

Key figures from across the sphere of hospitality and data will discuss and debate with the audience about how we are currently using data for good, where we should be cautious and if it will change our lives.
